We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to use the chat functionality on the website or message us on Instagram @barkilyau.

Currently, we've teamed up with two post offices in Sydney from 1 Feb 2025 —Hunters Hill and Bexley North— where you can pick up your order for free! Processing time for pick up at the post offices would be stated during checkout.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days.

  • Drop us a note if you need your order to be expedited.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (Flat rate $12): 2 to 4 business days within NSW and 3 to 6 business days interstate.

  • Domestic Express Shipping (Flat rate $20): 1 to 2+ business days within NSW and 1 to 3+ business days interstate.

  • NZ Standard Shipping (Flat rate $23): 6 to 27 business days.

  • Always ensure your shipping address is accurate at time of checkout. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments — we can't do anything once it is out of our hands.

  • If you're within our courier network, you qualify for a free delivery. Current eligible suburbs in Sydney are NSW 2065, 2066, 2197, 2198, 2199, 2200.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand.

5. Shipping Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a lost or damaged package, please get in touch ASAP and we will work together on a solution with the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • No returns and exchanges. Kindly read the product specification and measurement before purchasing. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about any specific product.

  • We check each product before shipping to make sure you receive the product as intended and in good condition. For any unforeseen circumstances where a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product with a photo of the product defect and order number.
